Siddhanta Mahapatra meets co-dancer of ‘Puchukigali Fashionbali’, watch

Cuttack: Odia film actor Siddhant Mahapatra met one of his co-dancers of the famous song ‘Puchukibali Fashionbali’ after long years when he came to know that the co-dancer is in distress. The meet was an emotional affair for both of them while Bairagi, the co-dancer literally wept to see the actor after such long years.
‘Puchukigali’ song was featured in the 1995 Odia film ‘Suna Panjuri’ directed by Rabi Kinnagi starring Bijay Mohanty, Siddhant Mahapatra, and Debu Bose in lead roles. All the songs of this film were superhits while ‘Puchuki Gali’ sung by Sonu Nigam was a superhit.
Bairagi was one of the co-dancers of this song and Siddhanta Mahapatra, the lead actor of the film was also the main dancer. Siddhanta had been highly appreciated for his acting skills and also for his dancing skills that he had showcased in this song.
After seeing his co-dancer on social media after a long time, Ollywood superstar Siddhanta Mahapatra couldn’t resist himself anymore. After learning about the problems of his co-dancer, he visited Bairagi’s fast food shop near Samrat Hall in Cuttack.
On seeing Mahapatra from nearby, Bairagi ran and hugged him. He was seen crying out of joy. Even Mahapatra was very happy to have Bairagi with him.
Bairagi took the Ollywood superstar to his small fast-food shop. Siddhanta gave all the gifts he had brought with him to Bairagi. He also gifted Bairagi a t-shirt with many 90s movie prints.
Not only the ‘Puchuki Gali’ song, but Bairagi also danced in many hit films of the nineties. Mohapatra promised that if he get a chance to act/ dance in a film with Bairagi, he is ready to do so.
It was difficult for Siddhanta Mahapatra to identify Bairagi as decades have passed. However, after seeing several photos posted on social media, he was able to identify Bairagi correctly and reached Bairagi’s shop to meet him.
After reaching there, he talked to Bairagi for some time. Later, the actor recalled his other fellow dancers as well.
Bairagi’s small shop was crowded with people. Bairagi already knew about the food choices of Siddhanta Mahapatra. So he offered him cashew nuts to eat.
Mahapatra showed Bairagi a t-shirt with several 90s movie prints that he had brought with him. The Ollywood superstar was very happy to meet Bairagi after a long time.
