Bhubaneswar: Odia film producer Sanlisha Patel broke her fast today but has decided to continue her indefinite dharna for justice for Ollywood at lower PMG Square in Bhubaneswar.
Several Ollywood stars including veteran actress Maheswata Mohanty, Anubhav Mohanty, Anu Choudhury and Chairman of Odisha Film Development Corporation (OFDC) Satyabrata (Kuna) Tripathy visited the protest site and extended their support to Sanlisha.
It is to be noted here that Sanlisha, who is the producer of Odia film ‘Pratha’ launched an indefinite dharna on Thursday demanding justice for Odia films.
She has placed several demands before the State government including making Odia films tax-free and interference of administration in sectors like film distribution and producers’ association.
