Chandipur minor girl gang rape case busted, 3 arrested; details

Balasore: In the heinous crime case of Balasore district in which a minor girl was gang raped on Friday, Chandipur Police swung into action and busted the case. As many as three persons have been arrested and another has been detained in the case. Balasore Sadar SDPO informed about this today.

As per reports, after investigation Police found that the boy friend of the victim girl had allegedly pre-planned to commit the crime with an intention to take revenge. Even the video of the crime was allegedly recorded.

Reportedly, the boyfriend of the minor girl had taken the victim with him to Chandipur for a visit. During their visit he brought her to the hotel where two of his friends joined him and the three allegedly raped the girl as per their pre-plan.

It has also been alleged that the friends had recorded the video of the crime.

It is to be noted that the girl drank poison following the incident and was shifted to a hospital in critical condition.

After getting information about commitment of the crime, Chandipur Police rushed to the spot and started investigation yesterday. Police have arrested the boyfriend of the victim and his two friends who were allegedly involved in the crime. Also, the manager of the hotel where the crime took place, has been detained.
