Odisha train tragedy: 74 trains cancelled for next 2 days due to track maintenance work

74 trains will remain cancelled for two days from today due to track maintenance work at Bahanaga Bazar and the non-availability of rakes.

Balasore: Keeping in mind the train accident in Odisha, in which a number of lives were lost the following trains have been canceled and rescheduled. The maintenance of the tracks is underway.

74 trains will remain canceled for two days from today due to track maintenance work at Bahanaga Bazar and the non-availability of rakes. Three trains have been diverted today.

On Sunday,  train movement was resumed after up and down lines were restored after 51 hours of the Coromandel train accident in Odisha’s Balasore district. Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw was also present when the train movement was resumed after the completion of the restoration of the track on Sunday.
