Odisha logs 3 Covid Deaths : H&FW Dept

Bhubaneswar: As many as three Covid positive patients have succumbed in Odisha, informed the State Health and Welfare Department on Saturday.

Reportedly, all the three Covid deaths today, have been reported from Sundargarh.

Details of cases confirmed as death due to Covid-19, after due completion of death audit process:

1.A 93 years old Male of Sundargarh District.

2.A 50 years old Female of Sundargarh District who was also suffering from Malena.

3.A 70 years old Male of Sundargarh District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Chronic Kidney Disease.

It is noteworthy that,  this list does not reflect deaths occurring on a particular day. It gives details of past deaths for which the death audit process has been duly completed and the cause of death has been identified as due to Covid-19.

Adding to it, after a long fight with the deadly coronavirus in this wave, that was going on for months now, Odisha reported 83 fresh Covid cases including 22 in the 0-18 years, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department today.
