Odisha: 3 Killed in car-tanker collision in Koraput dist
Three members of a family were killed after the car they were travelling in collided with a tanker in Odisha's Koraput district.
Koraput: In a tragic incident, three members of a family were killed after the car they were travelling in collided with a tanker in Odisha’s Koraput district. The accident happened at National Highway no 26 near Pungar village under Pottangi police limits in the district.
According to sources, the car had a head-on collision with a gas tanker on NH-26. Due to the accident, the three including a man, his wife and their minor daughter died on the spot.
After receiving information, police reached the spot, recovered the bodies and sent them for autopsy. The cops have also started to probe into the matter.
