Balasore: In a shocking incident, a man slipped off a train in Balasore district of Odisha said reliable reports on Tuesday. A young man was seriously injured after his legs were cut off by the train.

Reports say that, the legs of the husband were cut off right in front of his wife. The woman tied the wound while crying out loud at her plight. Such a heartbreaking scene was seen at Balasore Districtin Soro Station.

According to reports, Manoj Naik and his wife work as stone masons on Jaipur Road in Kasba Jaipur of Balasore District. Both were supposed to get down at Balasore. But, by mistake Manoj got down at Soro station because the train was over crowded and he could not identify the station.

Later, when he realized that he had got down on the wrong station, he wanted to get back on the train but he fell off and his legs and went right under the train wheels. Manoj lost both his legs and was seriously injured.

After seeing this incident of the man slipping off train in Balasore, some people informed the police and the fire department. The fire forces rescued Manoj and admitted him to Soro Hospital. But, later Manoj was then shifted to Cuttack SCB Medical College and Hospital as his condition deteriorated. Further detailed reports awaited.
