Reports say that, the elder brother surrendered to the police after the murder. The murder took place under Bhawanipatna town police station in Bahadur garden.
According to the complaint, there was a tussle between younger brother Ganesh Bagh and elder brother Mahendra Bagh due to some reason late last night. In a fit of rage Mahendra repeatedly attacked Ganesha’s chest and stomach with a screwdriver.
His family admitted him to the District Headquarter Hospital (DHH) in critical condition. He died while undergoing treatment there. After committing this heinous incident, elder brother Mahendra himself went to the town police station and surrendered. The town police are still investigating the incident.
