Former chief secretary of Odisha Sudhanshu Mohan Patnaik took his last breath at his residence in Bhubaneswar on Saturday evening.
Bhubaneswar: Former chief secretary of Odisha Sudhanshu Mohan Patnaik took his last breath at his residence in Bhubaneswar on Saturday evening. He was 83.
Sudhanshu Mohan was the first member of the State Human Rights Commission and was also the Chairman of Staff Selection and Agriculture Commission.
He served as the chief secretary of the state from March 8, 2000, to October 31, 2000.
