Covid-19 claims more 68 deaths in Odisha
Bhubaneswar: A total of 68 COVID patients, who were under treatment in different COVID hospitals, died due to the deadly coronavirus, informed the Health & Family Welfare Department on Monday.
According to the Health Department, with the latest reports of 69 deaths, the toll due to coronavirus in the State rose to 7426.
Of them, 17 are from Cuttack, 15 from Jagatsinghpur, nine from Dhenkanal, eight from Khordha, six from Jajpur, four from Kendrapara, three from Balasore, two from Puri, and one each is from the districts of Bhadrak, Jharsuguda, Keonjhar, and Rayagada.
Details of cases confirmed as death due to Covid-19, after due completion of death audit process:
1.A 73 years old of Male of Balasore District who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease, Hypertension & Cerebro Vascular Accident.
