Bhubaneswar records over 30 degree C at 8:30 am, humidity at 66 percent

IMD predicted intense heat and humid conditions in the capital city of Odisha and recorded 32.8 degree at around 8.30 am today

Bhubaneswar: India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted intense heat and humid conditions in the capital city of Odisha and recorded 32.8 degree at around 8.30 am today.

Bhubaneswar recorded a maximum temperature of 32.8 degree Celsius by 8:30 am today and the humidity level also stood at 66 per cent.

Yesterday, Jharsuguda recorded the highest maximum temperature of 44.8 degree celsius, followed by Sambalpur  and Boudh (44.6), Sonepur (44.5), Bargarh (44.4) , Bolangir (44.3), Hirakud 44.2 & Sundargarh 44.1 degree celsius. 

As per the IMD, people in different parts of the state are likely to experience heatwave to severe heat wave for the next 3-4 days. After which the temperature is likely to drop.
