AirAsia To Start Direct Flight From Bhubaneswar To Pune

Bhubaneswar: Private airlines operator AirAsia is all set to operate direct flights between Bhubaneswar and Pune.

It is noteworthy that, the Odisha Government had agreed to provide financial support to AirAsia for operating a flight in this route.

The official twitter page of the office of the Odisha CM tweeted as follows, “To further enhance air connectivity into Odisha, the State Government has agreed to provide financial support for AirAsia’s direct flight operation between Bhubaneswar and Pune for three months,” the Office of the Chief Minister tweeted.

This move of Odisha Government and AirAsia is expected not only to improve connectivity but also give a much needed boost to investment and tourism sectors.
