In a tragic incident, four including a two-year-old have become critical after consuming snacks (bara) in Gajapati of Odisha.
Gajapati: In a tragic incident, four including a two-year-old have become critical after consuming snacks (bara) in Gajapati of Odisha.
The incident has taken place in S. Burudi village in Kashinagar block of Gajapati district. The critical people has been initially admitted to the Community Health Center (CHC) at Kashinagar.
But later as their health condition deteriorated, the were shifted to the Parlakhemundi District Headquarter Hospital (DHH). According to reports instead of adding baking soda in the vada batter, pesticide had been added mistakenly.
After eating the vada four people including a two-year-old became critical. Later it is worth mentioning that the Additional District Magistrate (ADM) met the victims and enquired about their condition.
Ms Kalinga
