Terrorist fires at retired police officer while praying at Mosque in Baramulla, dies

Baramulla: In a tragic incident, some terrorists fired upon retired police officer at Baramulla when he was praying Azan in the mosque and later succumbed to his injuries.

The deceased police officer has been identified as Mohd.Shafi, a retired police officer at Gantmulla.

Report says, Shafi had gone to offer prayers at the mosque when some terrorists fired on him and fled from the scene. Some locals immediately took him to the hospital, where he died.

Later, the area was cordoned off.
