New-Delhi: India sees dip in single-day Covid-19 cases, records 6,660 new Covid-19 infections in the last 24 hours.
The active cases in the country now stands at 63,380 from 65,683 yesterday. India saw a total of 9,213 recoveries in the last 24 hours.
India recorded 24 deaths in the last 24 hours, taking the tally to 5,31,369. The daily positivity stands at 3.52 percent and the weekly positivity stands at 5,42 percent.
According to the health ministry data, the active cases now comprise 0.14 percent of the total infections.
Yesterday, India reported 7,178 new Covid-19 cases,while 10,112 fresh infections were reported on Sunday. On Saturday, 12,193 fresh Covid-19 cases were recorded today.
