Covid-19 Resurge: No Dine-in At Restuarants, Hotels From April 21

Bhubaneswar:  Amid an unprecedented rise in coronavirus cases,hotels and restaurants are not allowed for sit-in dining except for in-house or resident guests.

All the hotel, restaurants and street food joints can take online orders and deliver take away and home delivery from April 21.

It also means food-delivery services like Swiggy, Zomato, others are permitted but with COVID-19 restrictions and delivery persons must stick to all the norms, like wearing mask, sanitizing hands at regular intervals, etc.

Odisha Health Department on Tuesday reported 4761 new cases of Covid, while 27,821 are active cases, of which 3,47,637 cases have recovered and 1953 have lost their lives.

India reported 2,59,170 new covid cases and 1761 covid related deaths in the last 24 hours, informed the union health ministry on Tuesday.
