Actor Sonu Sood Extends Support To Cancel Offline Board Exams, Check Video Here

Bollywood  Actor Sonu Sood is well known for his philanthropic thoughts and works during the period of Covid-19 pandemic. The actor has always extended help to the ones who are in need. This time, Sonu has spoken about about cancellation of board exams in India.

The actor posted a video on his official Instagram and Twitter account on Sunday. The video runs for 1.29 minutes in which Sonu is seen expressing his concern about the Covid-19 situation in the country. The actor says that even though daily Covid-19 cases in India has reached 1.45 lakh the students are appearing 10th and 12th board exams through offline mode.

The exams can be conducted through online mode or via internal assessment in order to avoid the risk of Coronavirus transmission among students, added the actor.

Sonu feels that, conducting an offline exam at a time when people are unable to step out of their homes in unfair for the students.

The actor goes on to explain that countries like Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and Kuwait had cancelled the exams even though the cases were quite low.

The video has garnered 720k views and 10.7k comments on Instagram. On twitter the video received 260.7k views, 25.7k retweets, 51.2k likes and 7k comments
