5.0 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Andaman Islands
Port Blair: An earthquake of 5.0 magnitude on the Richter Scale hit the southern parts of Andaman Islands on Monday. As per reports, the tremors were felt at 7:24 am on this morning.
The first tremor with a magnitude of 4.9 was felt at around 5.14 am this morning, followed by another jolt with a magnitude of 5.0 minutes later. The last jolt was felt at 6.54 am with a magnitude of 5.2.

Officials have said that no casualties and property damage have been reported so far.
This comes after a 4.6 magnitude quake had rocked the Nocibar islands on April 6.
