2 critical, 24 injured as bus rams into bridge in Chhattisgarh

Chhattisgarh: In a tragic accident, a speeding bus lost control and rammed into a bridge in Gharghoda in Raigarh district in Chhattisgarh.
According to reports, as many as 26 people have been injured including two who are critical.
The incident took place on June 19, 2023 as a speeding bus lost control and rammed into a bridge. The incident occurred at a bridge near Gharghoda in Raigarh district.
SDOP (Sub-Divisional Police Officer) Deepak Mishra said that, a total of 26 people were injured in the accident. Two critically injured people have been admitted to Raigarh Medical College for further treatment.
The police has launched an investigation into the matter. The cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained. A detailed report in this matter is awaited.
