17 BSF Jawans injured as mini truck overturns in Chhattisgarh’s Kanker district

Around 17 jawans of BSF were injured after a mini truck they were travelling in overturned in Kanker district of Chhattisgarh.

Kanker: Around 17 jawans of the Border Security Force (BSF) were injured after a mini truck they were travelling in overturned in Kanker district of Chhattisgarh. The incident occurred when the personnel were heading to Antagah from their camp in Phulpad village in the district.

According to sources, the vehicle carrying jawans was heading to Antagarh railway station to drop them as they were going on leave. However, the vehicle overturned near Kumhari village under Rowghat police station limit on Antagarh-Narayanpur road.

Following the incident, the injured were immediately rushed to the hospital in Narayanpur district headquarters. Four of the jawans’ health deteriorated, hence they were further referred to Raipur.

After receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot and initiated an investigation into the matter. Further detailed reports related to the matter are awaited.
