Suffering from Body Acne? Here’s how you can get rid of it at home

Body acnes are quite common especially among teenagers. It happens when oil, dirt, dead skin cells and bacteria clog your skin’s pores. Back acne usually caused when sweat gets trapped under a shirt or athletic gear during exercise or any physical exercise. However, clothing rubs against your sweaty skin can make the acne worse. So, here are some ways through which you can get rid of these acnes at home.

Avoid hot showers

Acnes are usually caused due to sweat and rise in body temperature. If taken hot showers, these acnes can get worse. So, to get rid of these body acne, avoid taking shower of hot water.

Avoid wearing tight clothes

If clothes are robbed against acnes, it can get worse and there are high chances of getting rashes and wounded. Better avoid wearing tight clothes to get rid these acnes. In place of tight clothes, it would be better if you wear loose cotton clothes.

Shower after exercise

Our body sweats a lot while exercising. However, sweat can worsen the body acne. In order to get rid of body acne, take shower after exercising. It will also make you feel fresh.

Use salicylic acid body wash

Salicylic Acid is antibacterial and antifungal, and therefore, it wards off pimple-causing germs. It also regulates sebum which helps to take out the excess oil in the skin that makes it easier for dirt and bacteria to get trapped inside the pores and leading to acne flare-ups.

Avoid oily food and dairy products

Oily and fried foods are filled with saturated fat and trans–fat, which increases inflammation in the skin and causes oil production that ultimately results in acne. So avoid it to get rid of body acnes.

Home Remedies

To get rid of body acne you can apply alovera gel, cucumber juice, spray rose water or apply need leave paste to the affected areas. All these are natural products and are anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial in nature. These gels and pastes can help a lot to get rid of body acne.
