How to prepare crispy kurkure macaroni at home
What do you love to eat while watching movies? Of course, anything that is crunchy is what we enjoy the most. Try crispy kurkure macaroni next time while enjoying movies with your family. Its recipe is easy as well as tasty. You will need a few minutes time and some ingredients.
Are you ready? Here is the recipe for crispy kurkure macaroni
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp oil
Water for boiling
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp all purpose flour
oil for frying Salt
Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Tandoori Masala/Garam
Masala/Paani Puri Masala
Step 1- Take a bowl of macaroni, it is easily available in the market. You can take any shape.
Step 2- Boil water in a vessel, add 1tsp salt and 1 tsp oil. After the water is heated well and add macaroni into the vessel
Step 3- Boil for 4-6 minutes until 90% cooked and stir in between.
Step 4- Strain the excess water, wash it with tap water to stop the carry-over cooking, or else it may turn mushy.
Step 5- Spread it with your hand and keep it aside for 1-2 minutes. The macaroni should not be dried completely, it should remain a little moist.
Step 6- Add 2 tbsp corn flour,2 tbsp all-purpose flour ( maida ), and mix it to coat well. Shake it instead of mixing with a hand
Step 7-Heat oil on a medium-high flame, once heated start frying the coated macaroni. Fry it in batches.
Step 8- Fry it undisturbed for 30-40 seconds, because it will start breaking if you touch it these initial seconds.
Step 9- Once the oil bubbles settle down, use a spatula to stir.
Step 10- Fry it in medium flame for 3-4 minutes until it turns golden brown.
Step 11- Remove it in a bowl, add some salt for taste, red chili powder, some cumin powder, chat masala, 1 tsp tandoori masala, or any masala of your choice. Mix it well.
Step 12- Thus, your tasty Macroni Kurkure is ready.
