Varun Dhawan calls KJo ‘Ghar Tode’ in latest promo of Koffee With Karan 8
In the promo of Koffee With Karan 8, host KJo can be seen welcoming Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra onto the couch.
It is going to be Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan on the couch in the fifth episode of Koffee With Karan 8. In the promo that was shared on Monday morning, host Karan Johar can be seen diving into their personal lives and reminiscing about the time when the duo worked as assistant directors on Shah Rukh Khan’s movie, My Name is Khan.
The latest promo of Koffee With Karan 8 kicks off with Karan Johar playfully introducing Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan as ‘Kens without their Barbies,’ referring to their wives, Natasha Dalal and Kiara Advani. KJo humorously mentions that despite being seen as ideal husbands, on his couch, they are just ‘Kens without their Barbies.’
In a light hearted moment, Varun tells Karan to ensure that the relationships of both the guys stays intact. The banter continues as Varun jokingly labels Karan as ‘Ghartode’ (home wrecker), referring to the recent controversial episode with Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh.
Further Karan recalls the shoot of ‘My Name Is Khan’ in Los Angeles. He recalled how Varun was taking pictures with girls. Varun playfully points at Sidharth saying that he was doing the same. After a fun banter, Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan decided to turn the tables.
Sidharth then asked Karan Johar, “Name three best friends of yours from the industry?” Caught off guard, Karan remains blank for a while before the trio share a laugh together. It seems like the upcoming episode of Koffee With Karan 8 will be filled with laughter, anecdotes, and some light teasing among the friends.
