After PK, Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor to reunite for Anurag Basu’s next
Bollywood actors Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor will soon be seen sharing the screen for Anurag Basu’s next project. This would not be the first time for the two stars to act side by side. Earlier, Ranbir made a cameo in Aamir’s ‘PK.’
Reportedly, the duo will once again be seen together in Anurag Basu’s untitled, which is said to be bankrolled by Aamir Khan Productions.
Although there is no official announcement on this, sources have claimed that Anurag is currently developing a two hero script for Aamir and Ranbir.
A source told to Pinkvilla, “Anurag Basu is trying to develop a screenplay for Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor. While the basic idea has been conceptualised by AKP aka. Aamir Khan Production, its Basu, who has come on board to weave a screenplay with the in-house team of actors. The movie is in a very nascent stage at the moment. In fact, the duo of AK and RK will decide on doing it only once they are absolutely satisfied with the final output.”

Further, the source mentioned that the film will be high on VFX and it will go on floors sometime in 2023.
Meanwhile, Aamir Khan is awaiting the release of his upcoming film, Laal Singh Chaddha. The Advait Chandan directorial also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Mona Singh and Naga Chaitanya.
On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor will next be seen in Shamshera with Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. The movie will hit the big screens on July 22, 2022. Other than that, he has Brahmastra with Alia Bhatt that is all set for release on September 9, this year.
