Aamir Khan fanboys Arijit Singh; says, ‘he sits right in front of stage for his concerts’
Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is a huge fanboy of singer Arijit Singh, the actor revealed while showering him with praises.
Both the stars were part of a Covid-19 fundraiser where the latter played chess with world champion and Indian grandmaster Vishwanathan Anand. During the event, Arijit made a speech before singing a song of his. When the singer started by saying, “Closing thoughts are a big hug to…” he was interrupted by Aamir who said, “Aese nahi chalega, aese nahi chalega (It won’t work this way).”
Laughing at Aamir’s statement, Arijit asked “Phir kaese chalega (Then how)?” To this the actor replied, “Ek do line gaa k sunao yaar (Sing a few lines).”
To keep his words Arijit agreed to sing but wanted to know if Aamir had a special request. The actor then asked him to sing his favourite Arijit song ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.’

Arijit then requested to wait for a moment until he brings his guitar. During the minute, Aamir called Arijit an amazing singer and said, “I’ve seen him live so many times and each time he blows my mind. Toh main sab kuch chhor ke, main ekdum stage k aage baith jaata hun. Ki yeh chance dobara mile kab mile, apun sunte hai bhai (I leave everything and sit in front of the stage. Let’s listen to him, don’t know when I will get a chance again).”
On the other hand, when Arijit started singing Aamir couldn’t hold himself and was heard saying, “Wah wah (Wow).” He was also seen nodding his head and humming along with him. After the song was over, the actor praised Arijit and said, “Superb. Thanks, Arijit.”
