Gold rate today: Prices fall marginally for 24 carat, 22 carat in India on December 9

Bhubaneswar: The gold rate in India has dropped marginally today. On December 9, 24-carat gold (10 grams) cost Rs 62,420 while 22-carat gold (10 grams) has been priced at Rs 57,170. A price drop of Rs 40 was recorded.

In Odisha’s capital city Bhubaneswar, the rate of gold has increased today. On December 9, 24-carat gold (10 grams) costs Rs 62,950 while 22-carat gold (10 grams) costs Rs 57,700 in Bhubaneswar.

Changes in 24-carat gold prices were registered in important cities of India as well:

• Delhi: Rs 63,100
• Kolkata: Rs 62,950
• Mumbai: Rs 62,950
• Chennai: Rs 52,285

Changes in 22-carat gold prices were registered in important cities of India as well:

• Delhi: Rs 57,850
• Kolkata: Rs 57,700
• Mumbai: Rs 57,700
• Chennai: Rs 47,927

Silver rate for 1kg is Rs 73,700 in India. The silver rates have decreased in the last 24 hours.
