Planning to buy Triumph Speed 400, Now you need to pay Rs 10,000 more to get the bike

Triumph has increased the price of the Triumph Speed 400 by Rs 10,00 in India. The bike now costs Rs. 2.33 lakh (ex-showroom).

Triumph has hiked the price of the Speed 400 by Rs 10,000 in India. The bike is currently listed for Rs 2.33 lakh (ex-showroom) starting today, 1 January, 2024. The bike was launched in India in July last year at an introductory price of  Rs 2.23 lakh.

The smallest Triumph lineup model is offered in one variant, and in three colours: Carnival Red/Phantom Black, Caspian Blue/Storm Grey, and Phantom Black/ Storm Grey. It comes with a minimalistic, elegant design just like its siblings and is offered in only one variant, and in three colours: Carnival Red/Phantom Black, Caspian Blue/Storm Grey, and Phantom Black/ Storm Grey.

It features a tubular frame and underpins a hybrid spine/perimeter. The motorcycle sports a round headlamp, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, and a curvy tail section along with bar-end mirrors and golden USD forks that add more charm to its visual appeal. It rides on 17-inch wheels and gets USD front forks and monoshock at the rear for suspension.Meanwhile, a single disc at both ends handle the braking for the bike.

A 398cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine powers the motorcycle. The engine churns out 39.5bhp and 37.5Nm of torque. It is offered with a six-speed gearbox.

The features of the bike include full LED lighting, a semi-digital instrument cluster, ride-by-wire throttle, a switchable traction control system, and dual-channel ABS.

Earlier, Triumph was offering a limited discount offer on the Speed 400 that dropped the price of the bike to Rs 2,23,000 (introductory). The offer was valid till December 31, 2023.
