Mercedes-Benz India has recently announced that the price of its selected models will increase from January 1, 2024.

Mercedes-Benz India has recently announced that the price of its selected models will increase from January 1, 2024. The rate hike will be up to two percent.

The price will hike keeping in view the rising of input costs, commodity costs, and logistic cost. Increase in these costs have driven by high inflationary pressures. The price hike is expected to sustain a profitable business for the company.

Mercedes-Benz India has claimed that the price hike for GLS SUV will range between Rs 2.6 lakh and Rs 3.4 lakh for the top-end imported Mercedes-Maybach S 680.

“The high-cost pressures driven by rising input costs, logistic costs, commodity pricing, combined with inflationary pressures have been reason behind increase in overall price of the vehicles. To sustain our profitable business operations and retain the price positioning, a slight price adjustment for select models is necessary,” said Santosh Iyer, Managing Director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India.

“Our tailored financing solutions from MBFS will ensure a minimum cost of ownership for customers,” he further added.
