Kinetic Green has launched a new Zulu electric scooter at a starting price of Rs 94,990 (Ex-showroom). The electric scooter is available for booking at a token amount of just Rs 499. The sale date has not been announced. The company has confirmed that the deliveries will begin in early 2024. The Zulu electric scooter will compete against the Ola S1 X+, Ather 450S, and Okinawa Praise Pro in the market.

Features

The bike features LED lights, a digital speedo meter, an instrument cluster, ignition lock, auto cut charger, front bag hook, front storage, a side stand sensor, boot light and more.

Battery, range and speed

The Kinetic Green Zulu electric scooter is equipped with a 2.2kwh battery weighing 17kg. The battery can be charged from 0 to 100 in just 5 hours. The battery charges a 2.1 KW BLDC electric motor. The Zulu electric scooter is claimed to deliver a range of 104 Kms, and a top speed of 60km per hour.

The electric scooter runs on TVS (Eurogrip) tyres with sizes of 3.00-10. It has a wheelbase of 1360cm and a size of 3.00-10. It is said to have a ground clearance of 160mm.

Breaking and suspension

The braking duties are performed by 18mm disc brakes at the front and rear. The scooter is equipped with a telescopic suspension at the front and a twin shock absorber at the rear.

Other details

The Kinetic Green Zulu e-scooter measures 1,830 mm in length, 715mm in width, and a height of 1135mm. The Zulu electric scooter has a Kerb weight of 93kg with battery and 76kg without battery. It has a payload capacity of 150kg.
