101 grams of brown sugar seized in Cuttack, two smugglers arrested
Madhupatna police in Cuttack City of Odisha arrested two persons after seizing 101 grams of brown sugar form their possessions this evening.
Cuttack: Madhupatna police in Cuttack City of Odisha arrested two persons after seizing 101 grams of brown sugar form their possessions this evening.
According to Cuttack Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Pinak Mishra, acting on a reliable information, cops from the Madhupatna police station conducted a raid and arrested the accused persons after finding brown sugar from them. Police identified the drug peddlers as Sheikh Bablu and Azeed Hasan of Balasore districts.
The DCP further said that Bablu was earlier arrested for selling brown sugar.
In Bhubaneswar too, two persons namely Ajmer Chow and Sheikh Sadiruddin were arrested earlier today during a raid by the police near the CRPF flyover. Cops had recovered 660 grams of brown sugar from their possessions.
