Shocking! Miscreants kidnap 6-year-old girl from grandmother’s arms in Deogarh

Deogarh: Two miscreants reportedly kidnapped a 6-year-old girl from her grandmother’s arms in Deogarh Town of Odisha on Monday evening.

According to reports, Deogarh-based Bhai Bhai cloth store owner Alok Agarwal’s daughter Pihu Agarwal was standing infront of her house along with her grandmother. In the meantime, two miscreants came in a black Pulsar bike and kidnapped Pihu forcefully.

Soon, people gathered at the spot after the elderly woman raised an alarm. However, by the time the abductors had fled the spot. Later, the family members filed a police complaint over the issue.

Based on the complaint, Deogarh Town Police started an investigation into the matter. They are verifying the CCTV footages installed in the area to get some clue of the miscreants.

As part of probe, cops also have sealed all roads linking to the town and checking every single vehicle to get some lead in the kidnapping case.

Meanwhile, an acute tension prevailed in the town following the incident.
