Berhampur: More than ten persons including a child sustained injuries after a live electric wire snapped and fell into a pond where they were taking bath at Gudiali village under Kabisuryanagar area of Ganjam district in Odisha on Wednesday morning.
Fire brigades immediately reached the spot and rescued the injured persons.
Injured were rushed to Kabisuryanagar Hospital and later five among them, who received critical injuries in the mishap, were shifted to Aska Hospital.
