Violence in BJB College: 3 college students injured over cricket match
Miscreants were non-students who argued with the students over playing cricket on college field and a heated argument erupted
Bhubaneswar: Tension erupted at Buxi Jagabandhu Bidyadhar (BJB) Autonomous College in Bhubaneswar following an argument over playing cricket on the college playground on Saturday and three students suffered severe cut injuries.
According to reports, all the fifteen miscreants were non-students who argued with the students over playing cricket on the college field and a heated argument erupted between the two groups. Following which they chased and attacked three students with sharp weapon.
Three students got serious injuries. Following the attack, all three injured students were shifted to a hospital for medical aid.
The students were staying at theviolence at bjb college bhubaneswar Ambedkar Hostel of BJB college.
On being informed, the Badagada police reached the spot and have started an investigation into the matter. Following which five people have been detained in this matter at Badagada police station.
