Bhubaneswar: Another 170 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Odisha, the Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) department informed on March 9. With this development the total Covid-19 recovered patients in Odisha have reached to 12,76,150.
The recovered patients are being discharged from various facilities, informed the Health department through its official Twitter handle.
According to the H&FW department of the state, the highest recoveries were in Sambalpur district followed by Gajapati and Jajapur districts.
The details of the recovery cases from different districts today are as follows:
42 from Sambalpur
19 from Gajapati
15 from Jajapur
11 from Baleswar
11 from Mayurbhanj
11 from Sundargarh
10 from Jharsuguda
8 from Khordha
7 from Ganjam
6 from Sonepur
5 from Anugul
5 from Cuttack
4 from Kendrapara
4 from Rayagada
3 from Bhadrak
3 from Nuapada
1 from Jagatsinghpur
1 from Koraput
1 from Nabarangpur
1 from Puri
2 from State Pool
Odisha on Wednesday reported 128 fresh cases of Covid including 25 in the 0-18 years, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department. The positive tally stands at 12,86,245.
Reportedly, among the 128 positives, 75 patients are in quarantine, and 53 are the local contacts. There are as many as 1110 active cases in Odisha.
