Bhubaneswar : Three more persons have been tested positive for COVID-19 in Odisha, taking the total number of positive cases to 173, Information & Public Relations Dept said on Tuesday.
Of the three new cases, one hails from Tigiria in Cuttack district and two from Balasore district, it added.

While the patient from Cuttack, a 34-year-old man, had returned from Surat, the patients from Balasore district – a 50-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man- were West Bengal returnees.
As many as 44663 samples were tested in the State so far, among which 173 persons were tested positive for COVID-19. Out of them, one person died of the disease while 60 persons have been recovered from COVID-19 and discharged from the hospitals post treatment,
Odisha currently has 112 active cases of Covid-19.
