Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday informed that there is no threat of cyclone off Odisha coast, however it predicted heavy rains in the southern and interior part of the state from October 18-19.
According to weather department rain is likely to occur between October 18 and October 26. A Wind speed of 35-40 kmph is likely to prevail along and off the coast during those days.The fishermen have been advised not to venture into sea due to harsh weather.
