Bhubaneswar: The Paradip Oil Refinery ran into further trouble, as the Industrial Development Corporation Odisha (IDCO) has issued notice to the IOCL over alleged violation of terms and conditions in lease deed and land allocation.
As per the notice, the external approach road that goes to Plant site, is attached to NH-5 A, which is against the rules. Also, the approach road is attached to Kujang road.
IOCL has been asked to respond to the notice within 15 days, failing which appropriate action would be taken.
