26 killed in blasts outside candidates office in Balochistan

Islamabad: Atleast 26 people were killed and more than 40 have sustained injuries in two bomb separate explosions at an election office of an independent candidate in Balochistan on Wednesday.

The first explosion took place in Pishin district of Balochistan and the second one outside the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl office in Killa Saifullah, a town near the Afghan border.

All the wounded persons have been rescued and shifted to a nearby hospital, according to the government and some people are stated to be in critical condition.

Till now, no one has claimed responsibility behind the attack,which came a day before Pakistan parliamentary elections.
