WhatsApp introduces two new features on Android beta update, Get details here

Facebook owned WhatsApp messenger has added new features in its new beta update for Android users. The two new updates are just aesthetic changes and will not have a major impact on the usability of the platform.

The new features include ability to forward in-app sticker packs to other users and a change in voice message animation. The two new updates will be limited to only Android users. The in-app sticker packs forwarding feature was available to iOS users, while the change in voice message animation feature is limited to Android users only.

According to WaBetaInfo, the voice message animation has been changed to waveform from a straight line. However, according to many sources, it has come to fore that users are facing problems to play and pause the voice message from a particular point due to visibility problems in dark mode.

On the other hand, the stickers pack available to the users can now be easily shared among contacts. In order to check the accessibility to this feature, users can open the WhatsApp Sticker Store and select a sticker pack. If you find a forward button at the top of the sticker pack, the feature is already present in your app. Just tap the forward button to send a sticker pack to the desired person in your contacts.

It is worth mentioning that, the new features will be available for all beta testers in 2.21.13.17 WhataApp Android version.
