Revolt RV 400-Electric Motorcycle To Be Launched In India On August 7

New Delhi: The all-electric motorcycle Revolt RV 400, which was unveiled last month, is now all set to be launched in India. The Electric motorcycle will be launched on August 7.

The bookings for Revolt RV 400 started on June 25 exclusively for the city of Delhi.  The electric motorcycle can be booked via the company’s official website or through e-commerce website Amazon.in. The token amount for the Revolt RV 400 is Rs 1,000.

Revolt RV 400 is the first Artificial Intelligence enabled motorcycle to be released in India. The AI connects to the cellphone application provided by the manufacturer for both Android and iOS phones. The application features geofencing, antitheft, geotagging, available range, total riding hours and real-time diagnostics.

The Revolt RV 400 gets an ARAI certified range of 156km per charge. It can be plugged directly to a 15-ampere socket for a full charge in four hours. Revolt has also come up with a swappable battery.

It can be ordered via the company’s cell phone application and can be delivered to the desired location at a convenient time slot. The customers can also detect the nearest Battery swapping station with the help of the Company’s cellphone application.

The claimed time required to swap the battery of the motorcycle is said to be 60 seconds. The application keeps a tab on the swap order history.
