Poco X6, X6 Pro launched in India, Sales to start on January 16 on Flipkart

Poco and finally launched the successor to its X5 series in India. The Poco X6 series are better than the X5 series in many aspects and the sale of the smartphones will start from January 16. Interested users can purchase the smartphone from Flipkart. The Poco X6 series do remind us of the Redmi Note 13 Pro and the Redmi K70E as they are identical to those models.
The Poco X6 seems quite similar to the Redmi Note 13 Pro but offers a 200MP primary camera. The device offers a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset which is an upgrade as compared to the Snapdragon 695 on the X5. On the other hand, the Poco X6 Pro is similar to the Redmi K70E and runs on a MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset.
The X6 devices offer 6.67-inch AMOLED display along with 1220 x 2712px resolution. The device gets 120Hz refresh rate and 1800 nits peak brightness. At the front we do get 16MP front faming camera. However, on the rear we get 64MP primary camera with OIS. The other cameras are 8MP ultrawide camera and 2MP macro camera. The OS offered on the Poco X6 Pro is HyperOS based on Android 14. However, the X6 gets MIUI 14 based on Android 14. Users will get 3 years of Android update along with 4 years of security patches on both X6 and X6 pro.
The Poco X6 Pro gets a 5000 mAh battery while the X6 gets a 5100 mAh battery. Charging speeds on the devices are 67W. In terms of colour, we get X6 Pro in black, grey and yellow. However, the X6 is offered in black, white and blue colours.
Poco X6 is offered in three variants 8/256GB (Rs 21,999), 12/256GB (Rs 23,999) and 12/512GB (Rs 24,999). On the other hand, the Poco X6 Pro costs Rs 26,999 for the 8/256GB and Rs 28,999 for the 12/512GB variant.
