Nothing Phone 1 India launch today, Check expected price, specifications

Nothing Phone 1 is scheduled to be launched globally today. The launch event will be live streamed via company’s official YouTube channel at 8.30pm IST in India.

The Nothing Phone 1 has been confirmed to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC. The recent leaks has revealed that the upcoming smartphone will be equipped with a 6.55-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup.

Nothing has named the global launch event of Phone 1 global as ‘Return to Instinct’. You can watch the live stream of the event on Nothing’s official YouTube channel in India at 8.30pm IST. You can also receive notifications about the launch by going to the company’s website.

Nothing Phone 1 price (expected)

The Nothing Phone 1 is expected to be priced at EUR 469.99 (around Rs 37,900) for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB inbuilt storage variant, EUR 549.99 (around Rs 44,300) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB inbuilt storage variant, and EUR 499.99 (around Rs 40,300) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant.As per reports, the device is likely to be priced between Rs 30,000 and Rs 40,000 India.

While the above mentioned prices were reportedly listed on the Amazon German website. However, the site removed them shortly after it went live.

Nothing Phone 1 specifications (expected)

Carl Pei, founder of Nothing, had confirmed that the Phone 1 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC. The smartphone is expected to feature a 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup.

The other specifications of the device will likely include a 6.55-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla glass protection for both front and back panel. It is also said to run Android 12 out-of-the-box. The highlight of the device is likely to be an LED notification system called the Glyph interface that will light up the rear panel of the smartphone.
