Nokia 6.1 Gets Price Cut In India, Now At Rs 6,999

New Delhi: Nokia 6.1 has received yet another price cut in India after a Rs 2,000 cut back in April this year. This latest Nokia 6.1 price drop in India brings down the base 3GB + 32GB variant’s price to as low as Rs 6,999, while the high-end 4GB + 64GB is now available for Rs 9,999.

The new pricing is already live on Nokia Online Store but is yet to reflect on Amazon and Flipkart. The Nokia 6.1 smartphone was initially launched at a starting price of Rs 16,999 for the base 3GB variant while the 4GB variant was unveiled later at Rs 18,999.

In terms of specifications, the device features a 5.5-inch full HD display with the dated 16:9 aspect ratio. The handset is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC paired with up to 4GB of RAM. It boots Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.

There is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security.

In terms of optics, the Nokia 6.1 comes with a 16MP single camera on the back with ZEISS optics, LED flash and PDAF. As for selfies and video chats, there is an 8MP snapper on the front.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. A 3,000mAh battery with fast-charging support fuels the phone.
