Nokia 2660 Flip phone debuts in new Pop Pink and Lush Green colours in India

HMD Global-owned Nokia has brought back the popular Flip feature phone-2660 Flip in two new stunning colours of pop Pink and Lush Green. The first-ever Nokia-branded Flip phone was launched in 1998. The original Nokia 2660 Flip debuted back in 2007.

Introducing the feature Flip phone Nokia wrote in a X (formerly known as Twitter) post, “It’s the 90s, back with a bang, in two absolutely stunning new colors, which will define your vibe. Get to the flip side of life with Pop Pink and Lush Green in the Nokia 2660 Flip, with wireless FM and MP3 player and dual screen.”

Nokia 2660 features, specifications

The Nokia 2660 Flip phone features a 2.8-inch inside display with a zoomed-in user interface for a proper view. There is a 1.77-inch QQVGA screen on the front.

Under the hood, the flip phone is powered by up to 1GHz Unisoc T107 Single-Core processor. It is paired with 48MB RAM and 128MB internal storage, which can be further expandable up to 32GB with a microSD card.

It sports a VGA camera with LED flash. The Nokia 2660 packs a 1450mAh battery that is claimed to deliver hours of talk time and weeks of standby time. The phone gets 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, and micro USB 2.0 as connectivity options.

The Flip phone has a keypad, which offers seamless navigating and error-free texting. There is a dedicated emergency button that allows users to quickly reach out to up to five pre-defined contacts.
The phone is said to make call handling simple by bringing the mic and earpiece closer to you. It offers clear call quality with adjustable volume settings and is hearing aid compatible (HAC).
The Nokia 2660 Flip is claimed to sustain tens of thousands of flip cycles.

Nokia 2660 price, availability

Nokia has not revealed the price of the newly launched Pop Pink and Lush Green colours of the 2660 Flip phone in India yet. However, the Black, Blue and Red colour options are priced at Rs 4,699 on the Nokia website. So, the pop Pink and Lush Green colour options are expected to be priced in the same range. The Nokia 2660 Flip will be available for sale in India via Amazon and the official Nokia website from August 24th at 12 PM IST.
