New Delhi: Chinese smartphone company Huawei is all set to launch the Mate 20 Pro smartphone in India on November 27. As per reports, the Mate 20 Pro will be Huawei’s most expensive smartphone in India.
The Huawei Mate 20 RS was first launched in London in October this year with a price tag of Euro 1,695 (Rs 1,44,000) for the base variant and Euros 2,095 (Rs 1,78,000) for the 512GB variant. The company has designed the device in partnership with German company Porsche Design.
The smartphone features a Black glass in the center and a textured leather back running on each sides. It comes with a 6.39-inch curved OLED display with 1440×3120 pixel resolution. The display is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass on top. The device is powered by the company’s own Kirin 980 chipset and runs Android 9.0 Pie operating system. The smartphone is both dust and water resistant.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro features an in-display fingerprint sensor, 3D facial unlock and Bone Voice ID. The smartphone is powered by a 4,200 mAh battery with fast and wireless charging support. The device sports a 24MP front camera whereas the rear sports a triple camera setup comprising 40- megapixel sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 20-megapixel sensor (telephoto sensor) with f/2.4 aperture and an 8-megapixel sensor which is an ultra-wide angle lens.
