Sundergarh: Mystery shrouded the death of a youth whose body was found lying in a forest under Kendrikala village under Bonai police limits in Sundergarh district on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Anil Munda (27), a resident of Bonaigarh area.
As per the report, some locals of Kendrikala village spotted the body this morning and called up the police to inform.
During the preliminary investigation which was carried out by police with the help of a scientific team later, it came to notice that, the victim’s throat had been slit with a sharp weapon.
The body of the deceased has been sent for autopsy and further investigation is underway in the case.
