Balasore: A gold shop owner has alleged been kidnapped in Balasore district of Odisha. The incident has taken place under Soro police limits in Athpur area.
Reports say, the young jeweller has been identified as Prahalad Behera. He is the owner of a jewellery shop, ‘Subham Jewellers’ situated in Belada Square.
A man identified as Sumanta Mallick has called Prahalad to Dandaharipur on the pretext of buying gold. Prahalad took his bike and 50 gms worth gold jewellery and set out since then has been missing.
His relatives waited for him to return home but alas. They have filed a complaint with the Soro police. The police has initiated a probe in this mater after receiving this complaint.
