WATCH: Driver, helper feared burnt alive as Oil tanker catches fire in Odisha

Bargarh: Driver and helper of an oil tanker are feared burnt alive as the tanker caught fire in Odisha on Thursday.

According to reports, the incident took place at Saya Chhak on National Highway (NH) No- 6 of the district.

After getting information about the incident, firefighters and local police though arrived at the spot; they are yet to bring the fire under control even after around two hours of hard work.

Though the exact reason behind the massive inferno is yet to be known, it is suspected that the fire might have been broken out due to a short-circuit.

A passerby is also feared dead along with the staff of the oil tanker as he is yet to be traced.

While efforts are on to find all the trio, several vehicles were left stranded on both sides of the road.
