VK Pandian accorded additional charge as Odisha CM’s 5Ts Secretary

Bhubaneswar:  Senior IAS officer and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s Private Secretary V Karthikeya Pandian has been accorded additional charge as the Secretary to the CM’s Transformation and Initiatives (5Ts).

The 2000-batch Odisha cadre IAS officer has been serving as the private secretary to the Chief Minister since 2011. He had also served as the Collectors of Mayurbhanj and Ganjam districts.

The 5Ts, CM’s new Mantra of good governance, aim at achieving progress through Transparency, Teamwork, Technology, Time and Transformation.
