Bhubaneswar: The fifth-semester examination of +3 students of all streams Arts, Science and Commerce has been postponed by the Utkal University. This was informed by the authorities of varsity today.
The University, in a notification, informed that the scheduled semester exam which was slated to be held tomorrow has been postponed due to the Bharat Bandh and the exam will be held on March 30, 2021.
Notably, the farmer unions across the country have called a complete ‘Bharat Bandh’ tomorrow in protest against three agricultural laws.
Meanwhile, the Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) extended its support to the nation-wide bandh.
The School and Mass Education department of Odisha also announced the closure of schools across the State due to the strike.
